Expertise:

  Riyu Lu’s major field is climate dynamics, especially in the Asian monsoon system. He studies the atmosphere-ocean interaction and tropical-extratropical interaction. He also studies the impacts of the global warming and Atlantic Ocean forcing on the Asian monsoon.
